MONTHLY LUNCHEONS

 

 

Do you know someone you think should be a part of AWLA?  Invite them to go with you to an upcoming monthly AWLA lunch meeting, at no cost to you!  In order to participate, you need to contact Paige Martin at (480) 429-4827 or Paige.Martin@kutakrock.com to request that your guest be added to the reservation list for the next luncheon.  Please provide the guest's full name and email address. There are limits on availability so don't delay and make sure you make your request a few days prior to the luncheon RSVP deadline.  Guests are permitted to attend one luncheon for free.  Former AWLA members do not qualify for the free luncheon.

 

  

        Our monthly luncheons are generally held on the last Wednesday of every month.  Please check our EVENT CALENDAR for exact dates.  Registration opens at 11:45.  Please arrive by 11:45 to check in and visit the buffet.  The program begins promptly at NOON.  The luncheons are held at the University Club, 39 E. Monte Vista Road, in Phoenix.

 

 

       To find out about our upcoming lunches, click on the Event Calendar, which will show all upcoming AWLA events.   Registration is through the website.    In order to receive the pre-paid luncheon price of $20 for members/$30 for non-members/$15 for law students, you MUST pre-pay with your credit card on the website BY THE RSVP DEADLINE. DO NOT MAIL IN CHECKS. If you make a reservation but do not pay on the website with your credit card, you must pay an additional $5 by check or cash at the door ($25 members/$35 non-members/$20 law students) by check or cash.   If you cancel or do not attend a luncheon for which you are registered but not paid, you will be billed the "at the door" price.  We must pay for your meal if you register and do not show.
