Ethics CLE Offered!*

Lawyers in all practice areas negotiate all the time, yet a survey of experienced Arizona lawyers showed that half of us do not understand our professional obligations when we negotiate.  Prof. Art Hinshaw will join us to discuss the ways we approach negotiation ethics, what is required of us as lawyers, and to share his empirical research on the topic.

*The State Bar of Arizona does not approve or accredit CLE activities for the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education requirement. This activity may qualify for up to 1.0 hour(s) toward your annual CLE requirement for the State Bar of Arizona including 1 hour of professional responsibility.

There IS such a thing as a free lunch, at least for guests of current AWLA members!

Do you know someone you think should be a part of AWLA?  Invite them to go with you to an upcoming monthly AWLA lunch meeting, at no cost to you!  In order to participate, you need to contact Paige Martin at (480) 429-4827 or  Paige.Martin@kutakrock.com to request that your guest be added to the reservation list for the next luncheon.  Please provide the guest's full name and email address. There are limits on availability so don’t delay and make sure you make your request a few days prior to the luncheon RSVP deadline.
