Payment In Advance Or At Event
In order to receive the pre-paid luncheon price of $20 for members/$30 for non-members/$15 for law students members, and $20 for law student non-members, you MUST pre-pay with your credit card on the website BY THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE. DO NOT MAIL IN CHECKS. If you make a reservation but do not pay on the website with your credit card, you must pay an additional $5 by check or cash at the door ($25 members/$35 non-members/$20 law student members and $25 law student non-members) by check or cash. After the registration deadline has passed, we do not take additional reservations. However, you may attend without a reservation as a walk-in, provided we have space. Capacity and spaces available are listed on the registration page. Walk-ins must pay $20 for law student members/$25 for law student non-members and for all other members/$35 for all other non-members, check or cash. Our capacity is limited, so we strongly recommend that you register by the deadline and prepay on the website using a credit card in order to ensure that you will have a place to sit.
Cancellation Policy:
If you prepay for the luncheon meeting and cancel after the registration deadline of NOON on the Monday before the luncheon meeting, we cannot provide refunds. Reservations that are not prepaid by the registration deadline, and are either cancelled after the registration deadline or “no shows,” will be billed at the at-the-door price. We are required to guarantee the number of meals to the University Club, and we pay for those meals even if you must cancel after the registration deadline.

Has everyone been telling you "you need a Facebook page?" Do you already have a Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, etc., for your business and don't know what to do with it? She understands the critical role they both play on growing brand awareness, business and ultimately revenue. Come hear her speak on the evolution of digital/social media marketing, how it impacts business today and how you can leverage social media to help grow your business. Questions are encouraged throughout the presentation.

We pay for the number of meals we guarantee so we must bill you.


 

There IS such a thing as a free lunch, at least for guests of current AWLA members!



Do you know someone you think should be a part of AWLA?  Invite a prospective member to go with you to an upcoming monthly AWLA lunch meeting, at no cost to you!  In order to participate, first register yourself for the luncheon, then contact Paige Martin at (480)822-6752 or pmartin@clarkhill.com to request that the prospective member be added to the reservation list for the luncheon. Please provide Paige with the prospective member’s full name and email addressThere are limits on availability so don’t delay and make sure you make your request a few days prior to the luncheon registration deadline.

Guests are permitted to attend one luncheon for free.  Former AWLA members do not qualify for the free luncheon.


 

Lunch Selections

 

Lunches are set up as buffets with both Regular and  Vegetarian selections
