The pandemic has created additional obstacles for victims of domestic violence to extricate themselves from harmful situations. In this 1-hour CLE, Lauren A. Bostick, Esq. will lead us through 1) the types of abuse and warning signs for each; 2) Arizona courts’ review of domestic violence matters; 3) the process through obtaining an Order of Protection (including online via AZPoint); and 4) resources for victims who have suffered/are suffering from domestic violence.

*The State Bar of Arizona does not approve or accredit CLE activities for the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education requirement. This activity may qualify for up to 1.0 hour toward your annual CLE requirement for the State Bar of Arizona, including 0 hour of professional responsibility.
