When registering, please indicate your choice of REGULAR entrée or VEGAN entrée.
Regular Entrée: Mixed greens and berries salad with slivered almonds and raspberry vinaigrette ; blackened chicken breast with mango salsa, jasmine rice and seasonal vegetables; chocolate cake
Vegan Entrée: Mixed greens and berries salad with slivered almonds and raspberry vinaigrette (also gluten-free); wild mushroom risotto cake with tomato-asparagus relish and seasonal vegetables; cheesecake (also gluten-free)
All meals served with rolls and butter. Also included, iced tea and water pitchers on the tables. A coffee and tea station will be in the back of the room.
