Covid is still with us, but it is clearly not the only thing going on. There are a lot of other current events to which our children are exposed: Killings by police officers, the war in Ukraine, political and social divisiveness, and climate change/severe weather events to name but a few. How do we talk to our kids about those and other events, both in initiating conversations and in answering questions and, often, abating anxiety.
