Lisa C. Thompson has been practicing business law for 30 years and earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Trade and Business in 1997. She is licensed to practice in Arizona, California, Nevada, and Washington, D.C. In addition, she has been writing for Thomson West on business and debtor creditor issues since 2004. Her books are: Arizona Legal Forms - Volume 3 - Debtor-Creditor; Arizona Legal Forms - Volumes 10 and 11 – LLCs and Partnerships; Arizona Business Law Deskbook (Volumes 9, 9A, 9B, 10, 10A and 10B) and the Nevada Business Law Deskbook. Her Arizona publications are updated annually. Lisa focuses her practice on business law, Corporate Transparency Act compliance, and advising businesses in financial distress.
